You can place your order via Email, by printing the Printable
Order Form, or by calling the Toll Free number.
Jade Panther's Commitment to you:
Items, unless otherwise stated, may be returned within
30 days for refund, exchange or credit to your account if they are found to be defective
in materials or craftsmanship.
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any other reason and the item is in
resellable condition, you may return it for exchange or credit on your next purchase. You
must call for a Return Authorization Number before returning any item.
If you purchase a Jade Panther item and find that you are in need of simple
repairs from normal wear and tear, Jade will repair it free of charge for up to 1 year
after the purchase date. Your only requirement is that you call us first to receive a
Return Authoriztion Number and that you send the item insured for the full purchase price
to us. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling to get it to us, but we will
take care of the return postage.
Payment Options:
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to except
Credit Card or COD orders, but we are working on it and hope to have that available soon.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are gladly excepted at the Panther's Den and
usually result in the fastest turn around time. We do accept Personal checks, but must
wait for the check to clear the bank before shipping items.
